If you want to quit weed then it only seems obvious that you should use the same methods that successful quitters have used. If you want to do something then you must find someone who has already got your desired result and copy what they did-which will give you the same result they got.
You see, there are certain patterns and ‘techniques’ that people use and if you use the same pattern then you will get the same result.

After a few years of learning about how to quit Weed I had a good understanding of these patterns and I created a ‘method’ of quitting that would work for everyone whether your a social Weed smoker or you smoke blunts all day. But what does it take? How can you quit smoking Weed?

There is no ‘one size fits all’ method that works for everyone, some ‘teachers’ try to tell you how to quit thinking that what works for one person will work for everyone. This simply not true however, there are certain things that all successful quitters do, there are also lots of other methods that work for different people. By trying them all you will successfully quit Weed. Not only that, it will be far easier to quit than it is to continue with the ‘pain that comes from smoking Weed.’

Motivation

Why is motivation so important? Have you ever needed to do something but just couldn’t be bothered? If you had no motivation to get out of the house then you’d be in a lot of trouble.
What would happen if an athlete had no motivation to win? Do you think they would ever win? Do you think they would even turn up to the event?

Motivation comes from many things but there are actually only two ways that people are motivated. You can be motivated ‘away from’ something bad such as ‘I don’t want to feel like this for another day’ or ‘I don’t want to live like this anymore. Or you can be motivated ‘towards’ for example, maybe you want to be happy or you want more confidence. Maybe you want to use the money you spend on Weed to go on holiday or buy a new car. Whatever motivates you, that’s where your power is. How do you get this motivation?
